Q. How long will my extensions last?

A. Obviously depending on how well the extensions are cared for, used and stored then the average life expectancy is anywhere between 3 – 6 months. For a lengthened life avoid using excessive heat, washing, hair dying or brushing. Treat the extensions as though they are your own hair.

Q. Can I Straighten, Curl, Cut and Wash my extensions?

A. Yes! As they are made from human hair you can do all of the above. Just remember that they are not indestructible so make sure you look after them.

Q. Can I dye my extensions?

A. If you choose to dye your Halo Hair Extensions then it’s best to dye them a few shades darker than the original colour. Do not use bleaching agents on the extensions. Completely saturate the extensions in the dye to achieve an even application and leave for recommended time, do not leave for longer than recommended. We strongly recommend seeking assistance by salon expertise. We cannot guarantee results or be held responsible for dye attempts that results in damage or wrong colour creations to the extensions.

Q. I don’t know which length to get!

A. The length is completely up to you! However as a guide it shouldn’t be more than twice the length of your own hair. Remember they are meant to look natural and not noticeable!

Q. How should I brush my hair extensions?

A. They should be brushed using a soft bristle brush, we’d recommend using a Tangle Teezer Brush. Do not brush the extensions harshly.
